AAUPC：不仅仅是一个城市元素，CoursSeguin是景观设计的关键部分之一，它使吊架能够向塞纳河开放。这是一个步行的地方，通过一座横跨塞纳河的新桥将未来地区连接到Ile Seguin，也是特拉佩泽公路网的一个关键要素。当它离开河流时，CoursSeguin改变了它的情绪。该区的生活以行人的运动为中心舞台，在不同的地块之间纵横交错，抹去了主宰球场开始的中央保留区。
AAUPC: More than an urban element, the Cours Seguin is one of the key pieces of landscaping which enable the Trapeze to open towards the Seine. A place for walking which connects the future district to the Ile Seguin by means of a new bridge across the Seine, it is also a key element of the road network of the Trapèze. The Cours Seguin alters its mood as it moves away from the river. The life of the quarter takes centre stage as the movement of pedestrians, criss-crossing between the various plots, obliterates the central reservation that dominated the beginning of the Cours.

设计的微妙之处，尤其是尺寸和材料组合的方式，确立了这一公共空间作为新区雄心壮志的体现的重要性。
All the spaces are richly planted with large trees which establish a rich dialogue with the wooded hillsides of Sèvres. The Cours Seguin is particularly distinguished by:
– its generous footprint
– its cone-shaped opening towards the Seine and the wooded hillsides beyond
– its unifying, elegant use of stone and sand as a ground material.
The subtlety of the design and, in particular of the dimensioning and the way in which materials are combined, establishes the significance of this public space as the embodiment of the sense of ambition of the new district.
