Stradivarie Associated Architects: The site is located by Via Fausta (sp42) which is one of the most trafficked streets in the Cavallino-Treporti that connects Jesolo with Punta Sabbioni. On this road the principal services of the lagoon territory are located. The parking site is very lively place, one of the most crowded in the area, since various uses of the place change through-out the day, week, season. Given its size and its location, the project area lends itself to be interpreted as a real platform apparently isolated and disconnected with the surrounding landscape. Considering the receptive characteristic of the area and its attraction potential (market area, amusement park, and ZTL service), we decided to intervene through a re-qualification that is able to guarantee and to improve the presence of services and facilities in the area. The intervention focuses on the re-qualification of the existing fence and on the borders of this area. In particular invests the west side, through the via Fausta, and the north side, near the commercial building called “ Top Town”. So the intervention affects the whole north-west corner of the market area.
