城市融入与公共空间活化：该项目卓越地将一个大型体育设施融入到西安方正的城市肌理中，通过开放式的立面设计和一系列朝南的遮阳露台，成功地将城市景观引入到建筑的核心区域。这使得体育场不仅仅是一个比赛容器，更是一个全年可用的公共、休闲和餐饮场所，极大地提升了其城市渗透性和社会价值，打破了传统体育场馆的封闭性，实现了建筑与城市生活的无缝对接。

创新结构设计与可持续性考量：设计师巧妙地采用了超轻型大跨度索网屋顶结构，这一创新不仅在视觉上呈现出流畅的几何美感，更重要的是显著降低了建筑的隐含碳排放，体现了对材料效率和可持续性的深刻理解。流线型的马鞍形设计在结构上优化了观众席视野的同时，也通过屋顶的庇护，有效应对了西安冬季的北风和夏季的炎热，实现了功能性与环境适应性的高度统一。

极致的观赛体验与场地培育：通过数字建模技术对6万座席的几何形状进行了精细优化，确保了最佳的视距和沉浸式的比赛氛围。此外，半透明膜结构屋顶在遮蔽恶劣天气的同时，允许充足的自然光照射到草坪，保障了专业场地的高质量条件，这体现了对赛事运营核心需求的高度关注，为中国足球的长期发展奠定了顶级的硬件基础。

The new Xi'an International Football Centre hosted its first international competition, where the Chinese U-23 national team played against Australia, Timor-Leste, and the Northern Mariana Islands for the 2026 Asian Cup qualification matches to be held in Saudi Arabia. With a stadium and training facilities accommodating 60,000 spectators, the Xi'an International Football Centre is an important component of the continuous development of Chinese football. Initiated by the Chinese Football Association and the national sports development agency, the football centre provides top-tier facilities to foster the growth of football at all levels, from international matches to grassroots community leagues and youth training academies, bringing people of all ages together to participate in and celebrate the unifying spirit of the sport.
全新的西安国际足球中心举办了其首场国际赛事，中国国家 U-23 队在将于沙特阿拉伯举行的 2026 年亚洲杯决赛 D 组资格赛中，迎战澳大利亚队、东帝汶队和北马里亚纳群岛队。西安国际足球中心拥有可容纳 6 万名观众的体育场和训练场地，是中国足球持续发展的重要组成部分。该足球中心由中国足球协会和中国国家体育发展机构发起建设，提供了最高标准的设施，以促进从国际赛事到基层社区联赛和青年训练学院等各级别足球运动的发展，让各年龄段的人们能够齐聚一堂，参与并庆祝足球这一团结精神的运动。

Situated within the city's regular grid of Fengdong New City, the stadium is adjacent to a station on Xi'an's expanding Metro Line 16. The building's open façade brings the city landscape into the heart of the structure, allowing public areas, leisure, and dining facilities to be enjoyed year-round. These facilities are located on a series of south-facing shaded terraces overlooking the city, serving spectators during football matches, cultural events, and performances.

The stadium’s fluid geometry is designed to minimise the impact of cold winter northerly winds that sweep the city each year. The roof’s streamlined profile shelters a saddle-shaped structure, intended to maximise the usability of spectator seating at the halfway line.
体育场流畅的几何设计旨在最大程度地减少冬季北风对城市的影响，这种北风每年冬季都会使城市变得寒冷。屋顶的流线型设计为马鞍形结构提供了庇护，旨在最大化中场区域观众席的可用性。

The ultra-lightweight, long-span cable-net roof structure generates minimal loads, significantly reducing the stadium’s embodied carbon by minimising the material required for the main structure. The wide roof overhang shields the facilities within the building envelope, while large shaded terraces and public concourses offer comfort during the hot summers of Xi'an’s continental climate.
超轻型的大跨度索网屋顶结构产生的荷载极小，通过最小化主体结构所需材料，显著降低了体育场的隐含碳。宽大的屋顶屋檐为建筑围护结构内的设施提供了遮蔽，而大型遮阳露天露台和公共走廊则为西安大陆性气候的炎热夏季提供了舒适的环境。

Supported by the tensile cable net structure, the translucent membrane structure above the seating bowl protects spectators from harsh weather and direct sunlight while allowing ample natural light to illuminate the pitch, promoting turf growth and ensuring top-level pitch conditions for play.

The geometry of the spectator bowl was determined using digital modelling techniques to optimise the distance and sightlines from all 60,000 seats to the pitch, creating the most electrifying atmosphere for football matches and ensuring an excellent viewing experience for all players and spectators.

As a historic Chinese capital and the eastern starting point of the ancient Silk Road, Xi'an has long welcomed visitors from all over the world. On the global football stage, the Xi'an International Football Centre continues this tradition, creating a new legacy of urban space, sports, and leisure facilities for the city’s 9 million residents and its many youth, league, and professional football clubs.
