Urbicus：公园位于前农业用地和建筑物前，是蒙特夫兰新区的主干。它的环境是由周围乡村的乡村景观提供的：大草原、树篱排、小树林，以及与形成雨水盆地相关的广阔湿地。公园作为一个自然区域已经有很长一段时间了，它仍然保持着灵活性，以差异化管理的步伐前进。
Urbicus: Located on former agricultural land and in front of buildings, the park serves as backbone for the new district of Montévrain. Its environments are fed by the rural landscape of the surrounding countryside: prairies, hedge-rows, small woods, and a vast wetland associated with the creation of a storm-water basin. Having been a natural area for a long time, the park remains flexible, moving at the pace of the differentiated management.
