Mangpo Geulbitnuri Park
Mangpo Geulbitnuri公园是一个生态社区公园，位于韩国首尔市郊水原的Mangpo最近建成的住宅区。2017年，水原市委托HEA设计一个大型社区公园，该公园可以成为邻近城市地区游客的新目的地。
Mangpo Geulbitnuri Park is an ecological community park located in Mangpo’s recently-built residential district in Suwon on the outskirts of Seoul, South Korea. HEA was commissioned by Suwon City in 2017 to design a major neighborhood park that can become a new destination for visitors from adjacent urban regions.
该网站给人的第一印象是巨大的；开放，这是“广阔的”开放式的质量为提高生物多样性和鼓励社区参与大自然提供了机会，因为该场地现有的农村特征将与正在建设的住宅区很好地结合。最初的第一印象影响了HEA设计方案的方法，该方案不仅对现有的自然元素敏感，而且适合灵活使用。
The first impression of the site was vast & open, this ‘vast’ & ‘open’quality offered opportunities to enhance biodiversity and encourage community engagement with nature due to the existing rural characteristics of the site which would integrate well with the residential blocks under construction. This initial first impressions influenced HEA’s approach to design a scheme which is not only sensitive to the existing natural element but accommodates for flexible use.
莽坡公园与图书馆融为一体，不仅是一个生态公园，更是一个文化公园。将图书馆现有的教育和文化项目扩展到更广泛的公园，影响了公园内新的关键空间，如：大草坪、室外阅览室、森林游乐场；还有花园。这些新空间提供了一种统一的空间体验，模糊了图书馆和公园的物理内部/外部边界。为了获得连贯的体验，场馆内使用的材料和新设计的公园家具反映了图书馆的形式和材料。
Mangpo Park is not only an ecological, but a cultural park due to its integration with the library. The extension of the existing educational and cultural programs of the library to thewider park influenced the inception new key spaces within the park such as: Grand lawn, Outdoor reading room, Forest playground; and Gardens. These new spaces provide a perception of a unified spatial experience which blurs the physical internal/external boundaries of the library and the park. In order to achieve a cohesive experience, the materials used within the venues and newly designed park furniture reflect the form and material of the library.
芒坡公园是一个可持续的城市生态公园，因为它保留了公园中心区域的现有自然要素，如草地和地形，公园周边区域作为城市公园，支持周围的学校和住宅单元。公园的设计和功能随着城市环境的变化而不断变化，呈现出不同程度的线性，并提供了一系列独特的景观。
Mangpo Park is a sustainable urban ecological park as itpreserves existing natural elements such as meadows and landforms in the central regions of the park, where as the perimeter areas of the park function as an urban park to support surrounding schools and residential units. The park’s design and function changes constantly in relation to its urban surroundings by varying degrees of linearity and provide a sequence of unique landscape.
