The rehabilitation project of this house with sea views in Luz, Algarve, Portugal, is a complete interior and exterior renovation, respecting the existing structure.

In the house, the project seeks to open the house to the sea by opening large windows on the south facade. The new functional program incorporates an open concept ground floor, combining living space and kitchen in just one space at different heights. The first floor maintains the original layout, renovating the bathrooms completely.
Inside and outside the house white predominates, highlighting color details in the bathrooms and the Portuguese patterned tile tapestry in the hall.

Outside, a large deck is installed facing the sea, at different heights, where an outdoor kitchen, living and dining areas and the pool are located. A new dry concept garden completes the landscaping work.
